Starting in 2009 when The Kernel (the first independent brewery opened), others quickly flocked to the very same area and now the heart of independent beer brewing in London

Fuller’s Brewery Tour and Tastings

Fuller’s is one of the biggest names in British brewing with Fuller’s pubs popular up and down the country. As such this is a tour more steeped in tradition than innovation and a look at the history of Fuller’s since 1845, when it was founded in Chiswick, West London

More of a look at their production line as opposed to a small-scale artisan brewery, you’ll taste some relatively big names that you’ve probably had before, but that doesn’t make this a great day out celebrating historic beers from across the prolific range. Why not take some home with you or pick up a gift set on your way out from the Fuller’s shop

Camden Town Brewery

“Hells please mate”, probably the 3 most common words uttered across London over the past few years. While hells/helles has been around since the late 19th century, it has been flung into popularity by the proliferation of Camden Hells, one of the superb beers crafted by Camden Town Brewery

Located in the bustling and very quirky borough of Camden, amongst some very famous and alternative venues is their brewery and beer hall which serves a selection of pizzas and other beer hall classics as well as, of course, their full range of ubiquitous beers and some new additions they’re working on at the time, including their Ice Cream Lager

There’s (probably) far too many to try while you’re they’re but that doesn’t stop you from ordering a selection to try at home from their table staff or through the app for once your head has recovered!
